The session is considered confirmed once five minutes have elapsed after the start of the ticket chat or when the chest area is exposed; no refunds will be issued under any circumstances after this point. Please be aware that refunds are not available for those who join the session late. Refunds are not available for advance purchases, so please purchase your ticket only when you are ready to start the session. Please note that refunds cannot be provided if you join at the very last minute or during the "after-talk" session.
